About The Owner

My name is Amber Noel Milson. Yes, my middle name means Christmas in French. My birthday is Christmas Eve, so it was only fitting for my parents to pick Noel. I absolutely love the holiday season, so no complaints from me! I was born and raised in Guelph ON. From a young age, I have always had the desire to make people feel better about themselves. I always believed, and continue to believe, that we are all beautiful in our individual ways. Sometimes we do not realize this on our own, and sometimes it takes someone to show you how beautiful you truly are. Beauty is my passion, but making people love themselves a little more than they already did is my mission. 

 

 

As a little girl, I was a competitive dancer. The experiences of competition, discipline, wins, losses, learning, and growing are what introduced me to…. me. It was at this time that I grew comfortable showing myself on stage in front of a group of people. This taught me that we all have something to offer the world. “Look good, feel good” is a cliche, but it's so absolutely, undoubtedly, true. As a social butterfly both in school and in my extracurricular engagements, I always put myself in a position to help others whenever possible. 

 

 

Fast forward a few years, in 2016 I made the decision to attend the Ontario Nail Institute, and shortly after graduation, began my small business journey. The Beauty Bar By Amber was born, 

and I have been working on growing and expanding my vision ever since. I pride myself in expanding my practice as I continue to grow my repertoire of certifications, which allows me to provide more services to you!
